Ordering & Payment
Do I have to be 18 or older to shop here?
Yes. ADVapes is a strictly 18+ store. Vaping products are for adult smokers and vapers only, and we do not sell to anyone under 18.
How do I place an order?
Do I need an account to order?
You can create an account at My Account. It saves your details for next time and lets you view your order history in one place.
What payment methods can I use?
The payment options available to you are shown at checkout. If you have a question about a specific method before you order, please get in touch and we’ll confirm.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number — WhatsApp on +27 79 655 4568 is quickest. If the order hasn’t been packed and dispatched yet we’ll do what we can.
Can you get something for me that’s not listed on your site?
We’ll definitely try! Get in touch via email, WhatsApp or call 066 321 4071.
What does the AD in ADVapes.co.za even mean ?

Delivery & Collection
Do you offer free delivery ?
Yes we do! Free local delivery over R450 and free nationwide delivery over R750. See the full Shipping Rates page for details.
What do I need to spend to qualify for free delivery?
Local delivery is free on orders over R450, and nationwide delivery is free on orders over R750. Full details are on our Shipping Rates page.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on your location. Cape Town is usually 1–3 working days (often faster), and main centres a little longer.
Do you deliver outside Cape Town?
Yes — we deliver across South Africa. Orders to the rest of the country typically arrive in 3–5 working days, while Cape Town deliveries are 1–3 working days.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Absolutely. Choose collection and pick your order up from our store at Boulevard Place, Century City, Cape Town — Cape Town collection orders are usually ready within 1 day. Directions are on our How to find ADVapes page.
How do I track my order?
Use our order tracking page. If anything looks off, send us your order number and we’ll chase it up for you.
How much does delivery cost?
Rates are listed on our Shipping Rates page, and the exact amount for your order is calculated at checkout once you enter your address.
Products, Stock & Returns
Can you let me know when a product comes back into stock?
Yes — click the Waitlist button on the product and leave your email. You’ll be notified as soon as it’s back.
Is everything shown on the site actually in stock?
Availability is shown on each product page. If an item is sold out, join the waitlist on that product and we’ll email you the moment it lands.
Which brands do you stock?
You can browse everything we carry on our Brands page, and see the latest additions under New Products.
Where can I read your returns policy?
Our full policy lives on the Refunds & Returns page. Please read it before sending anything back so we can help you as quickly as possible.
My order arrived faulty or incorrect — what now?
Contact us with your order number and a description (photos help) via our contact page, email info@advapes.co.za or WhatsApp +27 79 655 4568. What happens next is set out in our Refunds & Returns policy.
Where do I find specials and new arrivals?
Current deals are on the On Sale page and the newest stock is under New Products. We also post drops on our social channels.
