Golisi makes rechargeable lithium cells and the chargers that go with them, and both halves are on this page. The cells are sold in pairs: the G25 18650 set at R260, the G30 18650 set at R300, the S26 18650 two-pack at R339, the S30 18650 two-pack at R375 and the S35 21700 two-pack at R419. The chargers run from the two-bay Needle 2 at R219 and the I2 USB smart charger at R320 up to the four-bay Needle 4 at R279 and the i4 smart charger at R449.

Getting the format right

18650 and 21700 are physical sizes, not quality grades. A 21700 cell is longer and fatter and will not fit a device built for 18650, so check what your mod takes before ordering. Within a size, the model number tracks the continuous discharge rating, which is what determines whether a cell can safely run the coil you have built. Match the cell to the device and the build, not to the price.

Buying and using cells in pairs

These are sold as pairs for a reason. In a dual-battery mod the cells should be the same model, bought at the same time, charged together and used together as a married set. Do not mix an old cell with a new one, and replace both at once. Any cell with a torn or nicked wrap should be rewrapped or retired rather than used, and loose cells should be carried in a case rather than a pocket with keys or coins.

Stock reality

The cells are the healthy side of this brand. The G30 set shows 25 units, the G25 set 21, the S35 21700 two-pack 18, and the S26 and S30 two-packs 13 each. The chargers are much thinner: the I2 USB has 4, the Needle 4 has 2, the i4 smart charger is down to a single unit, and the Needle 2 is at zero.
