What sits under this brand

Aspire is a large hardware manufacturer, but what is actually catalogued at ADVapes under this brand is narrow: pods for the Gotek platform. There is no Gotek device, mod or tank on the page, only the consumables that fit one. If you do not already own a Gotek body, nothing here will work on its own.

Refillable versus prefilled

The Gotek pods come in two incompatible ways of buying, and the distinction is the whole decision on this page. Refillable pods arrive empty and are chosen by coil resistance: a single 0.6 ohm pod at R99 or a single 0.8 ohm pod at R89. You fill those from a bottle, and the lower 0.6 number runs warmer and gets through liquid faster than the 0.8. Prefilled pods arrive filled at 3500 puffs and 50mg and are chosen by flavour at R89 each. The 50mg figure is a specification of the pod as supplied, not a recommendation.

Which route costs less

At R89 to R99 the two formats look similarly priced per pod, but they are not comparable. A refillable pod is reusable across several fills and its running cost is the bottle you fill it from. A prefilled pod is finished when the liquid is. If you vape regularly, the refillable route is the cheaper of the two over time; the prefilled ones make more sense for convenience or for trying a flavour.

Stock reality

The prefilled side of this range has largely been retired. Five of its flavours, Peach Ice, Guava Ice, Mango Ice, Mango Watermelon and Mango Blackcurrant, are set to a disabled status at zero stock, each still showing R89 down from R100. Only Banana Strawberry remains published, with 4 units. On the refillable side the 0.6 ohm pod has 3 units and the 0.8 ohm pod is at zero.
